- Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- For Kickstarter backers, shipping begins once production is completed and quality checks are finalized.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 7–14 business days after dispatch
- Europe & UK: 10–18 business days
- Asia, Australia & Middle East: 12–20 business days
- Rest of the World: 15–25 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs, local postal services, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Kickstarter backers will see shipping rates clearly displayed before finalizing their pledge.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your package in real time.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
LUVR is not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs clearance processes.
Pre-Orders & Kickstarter Deliveries
For crowdfunding campaigns, estimated delivery dates are provided on the campaign page.

Shipping Address Changes
If you need to update your address, please contact us at support@luvrbag.com within 48 hours of placing your order or before fulfillment begins.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@luvrbag.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll work with the courier to resolve it quickly and fairly.
